In recognition of his outstanding contributions and unwavering support to the hospitality industry and to the Society of The Golden Keys Malaysia, the prestigious National Honorary Membership has been conferred upon him as a mark of our deepest appreciation and highest esteem. 

It is particularly noteworthy that Mr. Michael served as a concierge 35 years ago, making this recognition a meaningful full-circle milestone in his distinguished hospitality journey.
