Held at the prestigious Sunway Hotel Georgetown on 11 May 2026, the session marked a strong and inspiring start to this year’s AGM, reflecting our continuous commitment towards professional growth and excellence within the concierge and hospitality industry.

The event also proudly witnessed the presentation of the National Honorary Award to Michael Hanratty in recognition of his outstanding leadership, dedication, and remarkable contribution to the hospitality industry.

A special note of appreciation is also extended to Nagaswaran Pon Ramakrishnan for the warm hospitality, generous support, and for hosting this memorable occasion at Sunway Hotel Georgetown.
