The excitement kicked off on Day 1 with a vibrant Opening Ceremony at the stunning Mövenpick Resort & Spa Boracay, bringing together concierges from around the globe.
Day 2 balanced leadership and purpose, starting with an essential UICH Board meeting at Crimson Resort, followed by a meaningful CSR outreach program—including a medical mission and mangrove tree planting—before wrapping up with a lively fiesta and karaoke night at Henann Regency Resort.
Day 3 was all about professional growth at the Boracay Newcoast Convention Center. Industry experts from IHG and Shangri-La Group led enriching educational sessions, followed by a productive General Assembly. As night fell, delegates swapped their suits for vibrant neon casualwear for a fun dinner at Fairways & Bluewater.
The momentum carried into Day 4’s "Funday Sunday," where the delegation soaked up the tropical sun with beach games and water sports, culminating in a magnificent themed Gala Dinner back at Crimson Resort.
More than just an event, this congress was a true celebration of community, collaboration, and elite hospitality. Thank you to everyone who made these moments baseline inspiration for the future!

The 12th UICH Pan-Asian Congress 2023 in beautiful Langkawi brought together 120 members from 18 countries to shape the future of luxury service, explore new technology, and give back to nature through our "Keys for Trees" mangrove planting initiative.
As we continue to raise the bar for hospitality today, we carry the spirit of camaraderie and excellence built right here in Malaysia.
